Manufacturing of plastic details:

The enterprise was found in 1991 in the town of Petrich – at the border between Bulgaria and Greece. The core business activity of the company is as follows: manufacturing of plastic details and supplying services for galvanized plating. The products of plastic and bakelite are both used in the home appliances and for technical purposes.
The core business of the company is the production of fixings and articles out of thermoplastic and thermo active plastic through injection molding under pressure.
The company owns following assets:

  1. Real Estate:
    1. Production shed: one storey solid building with 1197 m2 built-up area. The size of the total area amounts to 7020 m2 of which 1371/7020 shares are included in the capital of the corporation.
    2. Zoned property for production and storage. The area amounts to 1269 m2 according to the plan of  Petrich city. It includes the ferro-concrete building together with basement and entrance construction for the over ground fields. The area on which the ferro-concrete building is built amounts to 1015 m2. The basement built with 4 meters bench mark under the building has an area of 900 m2. The area of the entrance construction amounts to 58 m2.
  2. Zoned property The area amounts to 815 m2 as per plot. It includes the ferro-concrete building with area of 567 m2
  3. Property: machinery

                         The company owns 12 injector- automatic machines

    1. Batenfeld-100 CD: maximum weight of the product: 30 grams
    2. Batenfeld-200 CD: maximum weight of the product: 30 grams
    3. Batenfeld-300 CD: maximum weight of the product: 30 grams

These are used for the production of small articles

    1. Batenfeld - 4000/4000 CNC: maximum weight of the product: 1 500 grams
    2. Batenfeld - 4000/2500 CNC: maximum weight of the product: 1 300 grams

These are used fot the injection of frames and construction of mirrors, foldable cupboards, first-aid kits for inside the car, children stools, shoes shelves and others.

    1. Engel - ES 150Р: maximum weight of the product: 250 grams
    2. Engel - ES 100Р: maximum weight of the product: 120 grams

These are used for the injection of fixings for salt and pepper shaker, plastic glasses, plastic legs for a bad set, fruit bowls, boxes for clothes-pegs, industrial fixings and others.

    1. Engel - ES 300/100: maximum weight of the product: 200 grams.

This is used for the production of bakelite fixings and articles.

    1. FO 200/80 (polish): maximum weight of the product: 100 grams.

This is used for the production of joining parts for mirror set and other industrial parts

    1. CS 95/100 (Czech): maximum weight of the product: 100 grams
    2. CS 47/32 (Czech): maximum weight of the product: 32 grams

These are used for the production of industrial parts

    1. Vertical piston injector: maximum weight of product: 35 grams

This is used for the production of small industrial parts

The factory has own assembling workshop for the injection forms (master dies), equipped with cutting machine, lathe and table drilling machine
